On the 11th day she bought a pair of gloves.

Yes that’s right folks. I’ve gotta get my hands in there and see what’s coming out of me! Don’t know if I’ve mentioned before, but one option you have when doing your twice-daily colemas is to put a colander or sieve above the toilet and actually’catch’ what’s coming out. It’s really good to get a sense of what the heck was even in there. One woman here got a bright green blob that she thinks was some type of bile. Other people have passed worms, and in one article I read there was a man that passed a marble he had swallowed as a child!!

So…knowing that I am on Day #11 and getting more of this’chicken fat’ and older stuff, I just had to go out today and get some gloves so I can really check the stuff out!!

I’m still in town now, getting a pedicure at this very moment. The woman is doing a fabulous job and it’s costing me a whopping $2! She is then going to French braid my hair for 75 cents!!! Ha ha ha – I love this shit. I also just dropped off a skirt at a tailor to be hemmed. I bought it up in Chang Mai and I haven’t worn it because I don’t like the length. So he’s going to take down the waist (can’t hem from the bottom because it’s layered at different lengths) and anyway he’s charging me $2 AND it will be ready tomorrow AND he’s going to deliver to the Spa for me!!!

I had a great night’s sleep last night with no noisy neighbors and again no sign of The Rat. I guess he’s moved on to His next victim…I slept soundly from 9pm to 7am this morning. Definitely needed it!

It’s been amazing but I haven’t really even thought about food at all for the past 10 days. The very first day was hard because mentally I think I was still in the habit of eating but after that I was fine. It’s a little more difficult now because all of the people I started with are now eating again and when we sit in the restaurant at night they are eating all this wonderful food and I am still sipping my veggie broth. There are also new people fasting now though so it’s not like I am the only one for sure. There is even one guy that just finished his fast and he went for 20 days!! It definitely helps to have support.
