THIS is what life is all about…

It’s 7pm and I’m getting ready to watch Shrek in the hotel restaurant…What a great day! The snorkling trip turned out to be incredible! I finally got some REALLY good snorkling in!

Well, actually, yesterday evening I also did some great snorkling right here on the beach on Phi Phi. The tide had gone out about 1/4 mile so I walked really far out just to see what was there and it was an underwater paradise – so many fish and coral and crabs and shrimp – and I was the ONLY person out there!!! The people back on shore obviously had no idea what they were missing! Since the tide was so low I was only about one foot above it all too so I saw everything up close!

Today was awesome too. The best thing I saw was a really beautiful sea snake with black and silver bands and a bright yellow head. We went to a total of five different snorkling spots – 2 near Phi Phi and 3 on other smaller nearby islands. Then, on the way back to the port, we saw 6 dolphins TOTALLY jumping out of the water and the boat master stopped the boat and yelled JUMP IN! So a bunch of us did and although I was not close enough to see the dolphins through my mask, I was able to HEAR them all around me. Their frequency is totally unique and completely unlike anything I have ever heard in my life. IT WAS SO AWESOME!!! It made my day.

I am so where I am meant to be…right here at this place in this moment. THIS is what life is all about…
