Bye-bye Lanta, hope to see you again!

Last day on Lanta! I leave tomorrow for Krabi and then the following day I’ll be in Bangkok. I still haven’t exactly decided where I’m headed after that… there are still a few good options floating around in my head. The bike is definitely putting a bit of a drag on the spontaneous factor so if I’m not actually going to ride then I think it will go into storage in Bangkok until I get to New Zealand.

I spent the morning dismantling all the various shell displays I’ve accumulated in my bungalow. Some have been put into small plastic bags which may just have to be shipped home from Bangkok. The rest have been added to the garden.

I got an email from Martin yesterday saying that he is also heading up tp Bangkok so if I’m lucky I’ll run into him again. Breakfast in Bangkok he said….sounds good!

Also got an email from Nick saying he made it to Australia ok and besides a lot of bush fires around Sydney everything is great.

So now I’ve just got to get myself to the next place and we’ll all be on our next chapter of adventures…
