The Benefits of Fasting:

-Eliminates harmful undigested proteins and fats

-Eliminates excessive proteins, fats, sugars, cholesterol, and acids

-Strengthens and improves functions of all organs and glands

-Removes harmful negative emotions stored at a cell level

-Releases congestion in lymph, blood, organs, and cells

-Purifies the lungs so that greater amounts of oxygen can enter the system

-Tunes and tones all tissues, especially the skin and muscles

-Improves digestion

-Expands awareness and inner knowing
