Christmas in a Buddhist country
December 25th, 2003 at 12:00am
Merry Christmas to all from the sunny beaches of Thailand. And what did I eat for Christmas here at the Spa Samui? Well for breakfast I has a parasite flush drink and a carrot, cucumber, and beetroot juice. For lunch I had steamed greens, extra garlic, and 2 soft-boiled eggs. In the afternoon I treated myself to a special snack of fresh strawberries and coconut milk. Finally for my exciting Christmas dinner, I had Toi’s tacos, goat yogurt, and a frozen banana softie for dessert. I think that was the healthiest day of Christmas eating I have ever had in my life!
And of course I have more cleansing news to report, even on Christmas. The parasite flush drinks must be working because this morning I passed another small worm. See, I have spared you many details during these last fasts, including the number of roundworms that I passed. I know, I have disappointed many people who were counting on such graphic details. Be happy to know that I passed many of them, sometimes 4-5/day during the fasting! Don’t be so quick to be so grossed out either – according to Dr. Richard Anderson, 90% of Americans have roundworms and don’t even know it. I may have had them once, but you may have them right now!!!
So, the happy family Christmas phonecall is scheduled for 8am tomorrow morning, when it will be 8pm on Christmas night on the east coast of the USA. But here on Samui it’s just another beautiful day.

Sunrise to Christmas morning
Christmas lunch on the beach
Sunset, a perfect gift
