Gallstone Goss

‘Great spirits have always encountered violent opposition from mediocre minds.’ – Albert Einstein

It is now the morning after my gall bladder purge. Excellent results! I’d say I passed over 500 gallstones so far, varying in size from tiny pebbles to slightly bigger than an almond. How do you know they are gallstones? Well they all come out pea-colored (from the green bile in your gallbladder) and they float in the toilet (because they are mainly cholesterol which floats). It was not a very restful night. I felt bloated on my right side and was quite nauseous a few times. I am amazed at the results, and all within only 24 hours AND released completely naturally with no drugs or surgeries. I wonder how many gallbladders would have been saved if people only knew about this simple procedure. I would recommend everyone to do this. I am doing it again for sure! By the way, it is a misconception that the gallstones accumulate in the gallbladder. In fact they accumulate in the liver, which is why you can have so many of them! I cleaned off a few stones to show everyone at the Spa, and they are all equally amazed! Galina and Misha, the Russian couple, have already planned to do one tonight after they heard of my results.

What the gallbladder/liver flush entails: No food after 2pm. Have an Epson salt and water drink at 6pm, and another at 8pm. At 8:45pm have the purge drink, which is 1/2 cup of olive oil and 1/2 cup lemon juice. Lie down immediately after drinking it, on the right side, and don’t move for at least 30 minutes, preferably an hour. You may feel stones passing through the bile duct. (I did! Not painful, just uncomfortable) In the morning have another Epson salt drink at 6am and again at 8am. Expect diarhea in the morning. Will see pea-colored stones floating in the toilet. Keep in mind, it is recommended that you complete a 7-day detoxification fast and at least a 7-day parasite program before starting a gallbladder/liver flush.
