Results of gallbladder purge good. Only about 100 stones came out, all very small, like fish gravel size. Hope and think it means that my liver is fairly clean of gallstones now. Don’t feel the need to repeat it again for another 6 months. Been feeling very peckish today – could be related to the liver (emotions) cleanse. Otherwise feeling good. Did last Chinese Oolong tea ceremony with San Bao today. We had myself, Maia (UK), Cedric (Melbourne, Australia), and a few other British girls. I really feel like I am ready to leave Ko Samui for awhile. I could see myself coming back, but for now I need a break. I am going to miss the sound of the waves from my bedroom window at night the most.

Cycled to Chaweng today and had my time in the sun then cycled back, had a shower, and then a 2-hour Thai massage with Dtoh, the massage instructor – another treat to myself for finishing the fast. She did an amazing job on my neck trying to loosen those tight muscles. At 7pm I had the first Epsom salt drink, then a steam, then the 2nd drink, and am now waiting to take the olive/lemon juice cocktail. It looks as if Hajjar will take my room when I’m gone. Feels a bit weird to think about leaving on one hand and I am also so excited to see my parents in Bangkok next week. I am ready to move on and show people how much better I am.

Another lovely day in paradise, even though it rained and I didn’t get my sun time. I’m feeling better physically today. I think maybe the rejuvelac salad gave me massive gas yesterday and even today. Still have not had any bowel movements since finishing the fast yesterday.
I cycled up to Chaweng today, did 1.5 hours online, and then shopped my way to the gym, did a shoulder/tricep workout and left after that. Back online again for another 1.5 hours and got so much done! Feel really good about that. Treated myself to 2 new pairs of pants today – my presents to myself for completing another fast. I’ve worked so hard for this good health and I deserve to enjoy my new body because it’s looking mighty fine in addition to feeling good! I am really looking forward to seeing everyone now with me finally looking and feeling healthy.

7:30am and will be eating again soon.
Left ear still oozing and had ‘waves’ through the night, but I still feel that it’s time to stop this time. Will continue to ‘cleanse’ slowly if I stick to a mostly raw diet for the next week.
9am. Last colema done. Tongue still white in the back, but a noticeable red patch came up since yesterday. It’s still far better than what it was when it started. I would really love to continue doing one 7-day fast/month for a whole year until my system gets ‘clean’ but I can also consider switching to all raw foods and will continue to cleanse.
12:30pm. Today I am feeling gloriously alive and so in tune with the earth and the sun and the energy of the universe. How rare that seems to happen, but the chance is always there. I broke the fast with fresh watermelon juice and pineapple and longan fruits. Then I sat in my hammock and took the world in for awhile before going for a swim in the sea. It?s the first time I’ve been in the water in 3 weeks and I really felt like the sea was rewarding me from all the rubbish that I pick up on the beach every morning and it felt so gentle, clean, and pure. Just floating in the water and feeling the sun on my body – what a feeling words cannot describe. Those moments are what life is all about. How lucky I am to be alive and to be feeling healthy again. All I want to do now is get myself back in nature and observe. And get this, as I sat here and wrote that, a monitor lizard ran right by me – the first and only one I have ever seen on Ko Samui! Definitely in tune.
