Don’t worry be happy

Day 6. Felt heart racing and heating up last night. Left ear oozing wax and looks like old antibiotic. Has happened every fast and I need to let it heal naturally this time. Only 2 more days until glorious food!

9:15am. Still no worms. Can’t believe it. Could they all be gone? Why tongue still white? May do garlic again later.

8pm. Looks like I learned a valuable lesson today: Don’t waste any unnecessary energy on unimportant things in life!! How many times are we all guilty of that? It came about for me when I went to the tailor to pick up a skirt that I had altered. Truth be told, the woman did a crap job and it looked uneven and just plain bad. At the time I was too annoyed to deal with it so I just paid and left. Later I tried it on, and sure enough, it still looked uneven and just plain bad. That time though I got so mad!!! I was sure to go back there tomorrow and demand to have it fixed or get my money back. For about an hour I stewed and stewed. Then I was able to step back and observe, and I thought, what the hell am I doing? It was a $25 skirt and the alteration cost $4. All travelling clothes are pretty much disposable anyway. If I went back I was going to be upset and annoyed and the woman would most likely be irritated too, so it wouldn’t be exactly be a win-win situation. I finally said the hell with it, and I laid the whole thing to peace by taking great pleasure in burning each and every business card she gave me to give to my friends. Life is just too short for bullshit.

‘Anger burns up all that is noble. It tears down and annihilates every fine quality of mind and soul. It is a consuming fire born of the fires of destruction. Anger is truly the sapping and consuming passion.’ -The Science of the Soul
