Fasting Day 7

Day 7. Interesting mix of neighbours at my bungalow since I’ve been here. Last night I had a new one to add to the long list – the loud ‘Fokkers’ as I named them. A real screamer the woman is, like from a bad Hollywood movie. I was woken up 4 times through the night. Unreal! This morning I am accidentally slamming the door and dropping books on the floor, must be clumsiness due the lack of sleep?

8:30pm. Feeling so/so. Having ‘waves’ of heat in neck, back of head, and left ear, pretty much since yesterday. The iridology chart is showing weakness in the ears, neck, and lungs, so wondering if it is connected. Left ear is still draining clear and yellow fluids. Really feel I should stop tomorrow, but wonder if it is a healing crisis and should continue? Could always just do juice and one colema per day like before. I must remember that I am getting stronger and healthier every single day. Had a garlic colema today, and still no worms, so thankful for that. Did herbal steam tonight and after pulse was up to 120 again, now at 64. How crazy is that? Don’t forget where you’ve come from on this journey. Embrace the healing crisis.
